We understand, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected. Items returned within 20 days of purchase, may qualify for a refund or a credit toward the purchase of another item.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and in original packaging. Personalized, food/feed, and chemical items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at customerservice@natureandhome.com within 20 days of the date of your order . Please provide us your name, order number, and the specific item you wish to return. We will review the request and then issue you a Returned Merchandise number by email that must be written on the return shipping label. Please insure and track any returned packages. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in original condition and packaging may result in a partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items at the discression of Nature and Home.
Our goal is to respond to your request within 24-hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, and by 12:00 noon Monday for requests received on Saturday or Sunday.
